Text Box: OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOU: February is LOVE,INC month: It’s time for our annual in-depth focus on Love, In the Name of Christ. We partner with 42 other Treasure Valley churches in this organization to help lift up the poor in our area. We are spotlighting several of the Love, INC ministries and needs through the month. New ministry, “Share the Care” team— an opportunity to be of help to the elderly members of our church family. Dressed With Dignity shop is now open to church people two times each month. (See today’s insert.) Do you know someone in need? (See today’s insert.) Here are some continuing requests from Love, INC: The Love, INC food pantry is low in their supplies of hand lotion, laundry detergent, all-purpose cleaner, fabric softener, white sugar, cold cereal, jam, honey, coffee. Donations of these items can be placed in the shopping cart in the main foyer. Love, INC office needs volunteers—to assist with intake of client information, to help sort the donations coming into their warehouse, to serve as budget counselors, and to help care for children during the budgeting classes. Donate to the Love, INC “gas can”—all the money put in it goes to buy gas vouchers for Love, INC clients.
